2nd Annual Boo Bash
Presented by Pinson Public Library & Pinson Parks & Recreation
Pinson Public Library & Pinson Parks & Recreation are proud to present the second annual Boo Bash! This year's event will be held inside the Rock School Center/Pinson Public Library on Friday, October 28th from 5 to 7:30 PM.
Businesses, clubs, non-profits and individuals are invited to sign up for a FREE station at our event to pass out goodies or engage attendees. There is no charge to participate, but you are required to provide either treats/toys or an interactive activity at your station.
Our Boo Bash 2021 saw around 500 participants, but the weather did impact the event since it was hosted outside. We are expecting between 500-750 people in 2022.
Your station, along with those of other local businesses & organizations, will create a "trail" throughout the Rock School Center/Pinson Library. We look forward to providing a safe, weather-proof event for people of all ages to enjoy. City employees will handle food for the participants as well as stations featuring a variety of crafts, games, & face painting. City employees will also handle the traffic/parking for the event & crowd control inside.
Each registered organization will be able to set up between 2-4 PM before the event & we will provide at least one 6 foot folding table & chairs (if needed). If your station requires electricity, please let us know on the form & we will do our best to accommodate those needs. You will be able to decorate your space with any materials that you provide. We aim to give each station 10 feet by 10 feet of space. We strongly encourage you to have promotional items available for attendees to take home for future reference in addition to any pre-packaged candy/treats or toy to hand out.
